Getting paid for your used phone or tablet is as easy as 1-2-3

  2. Follow the prompts to select your exact device and carrier from the choices given.
    Please note: if your exact device is not listed, we cannot make an offer for it at this time. Please do not mail a similar device to the devices listed, as we cannot accept it.
  3. Let us know the condition of your item by answering a few questions – and view your offer. Then complete the checkout process, recieve your FREE shipping label.

The sooner you mail your device back to us, the sooner you can get paid directly into your paypal account! If you don’t have paypal or you’d prefer to get paid via a check, just notate that as you continue following the prompts to get your shipping label

Every device sold on http://payless4mobile.com comes fully backed with a FREE 1 year warranty against manufacturer’s defects. Warranty starts from the date of purchase. Warranty excludes battery, as well as physical and/or liquid damage.

At this time we only ship within the USA. We ship to any verified US address, and we also ship to PO boxes.

Refunds can take up to 3 business days after receiving your item back, although we usually refund even sooner. If 3 business days have passed and you’ve not received your refund, please reach out to live chat or open a support ticket, and our staff will be happy to assist you within 1-24 hours.

Please rest assured – if ordered before our shipping cut-off time (2pm MDT Monday – Friday), your item was shipped the same day, just like we promised 🙂

None of the devices on Payless4Mobile.com come with any service or SIM card. You will need to contact the carrier of your choice to activate your device and/or purchase a SIM card.

NO!! The reason is, SPRINT recently stopped activating devices that were not purchased in their store. So while our factory unlocked devices are in fact, factory unlocked, Sprint will not activate them due to their company policies. To our knowledge, our factory unlocked devices work with all other carriers.

You’ll need to purchase a SIM card from your carrier of choice an call your carrier in order to activate. Depending on your carrier, you may need to go into the store or you may also be able to simply activate your device online.

Here at Payless4Mobile we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you don’t like the phone you bought you can return it within 30 days for a full refund, minus a $25 restocking fee. Please note, we inspect all phones we receive back for physical and/or liquid damage, and we also verify the original IMEI to prevent fraud.

For your convenience, we ship the SAME DAY you decide to buy, Monday – Friday, as long as you complete your order before 2pm MDT. We ship via USPS Priority Mail, which generally arrives in 1-3 business days. Please note, if you are ordering around the holidays shipping may take longer through no fault of our own. We still ship your device the same day, but USPS may take a little longer to get it to you due to their overload.

All devices are run through a 60 point inspection process to check for functionality issues. All of our devices also come with a FREE 1 Year Warranty against manufacturer’s defects. The conditions stated on our site represent the physical condition only, as all of our devices are guaranteed to function the same way, whether you decide to buy a fair condition phone, or an excellent condition one. Please reference the product page for examples of the various condition types.

Unfortunately no. For your protection and ours, we must ship to the address you put in when you paid for your device. If your phone hasn’t shipped out yet, please contact live chat to cancel your order and place a new order. If we’ve already shipped your order and it’s going to the wrong address, please reach out to support via live chat or open a support ticket to have your device re-routed and returned to us.
